Omega House Beats Licensing
Choose the license that matches how you plan to use the beat. Every beat license is delivered digitally after purchase.
Basic License
The Basic License gives you permission to use the beat for your own released music under the limitations shown on the individual product and license agreement. It is non-exclusive, meaning the beat remains available for licensing unless an Exclusive License is purchased.
Exclusive License
The Exclusive License is the premium option for creators who want exclusive rights to the beat. Once an exclusive license is sold, Omega House Beats retires that beat from future licensing.
What You Receive
- Digital license documentation
- Download access to the purchased production files
- License-specific usage rights described with your purchase
ASCAP & Registration

Licensing & distribution quick-reference
Use this table to compare licensing considerations before purchasing. This is an explanatory guide, not an amendment to any purchased license. The individual product listing and delivered agreement determine your actual rights, limits, and obligations.
| Topic | Basic beat license | Exclusive beat license | $5 Producer Starter / sample-pack license |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exclusivity | Non-exclusive; the beat may be licensed to others. | Exclusive licensing; Omega House retires the beat from future licensing according to the agreement. | Basic License for eligible original finished works; no exclusivity over source assets is implied. |
| Distribution & streaming | Permitted only within the purchased beat license's release terms and limitations. | Follow the specific exclusive agreement, including any delivery and rights provisions. | The Starter product describes original songs, independent commercial releases and streaming use; follow its included Basic License. |
| Monetization | Check the delivered agreement for any stream, video, advertising or usage limits. | Check the signed exclusive terms; do not assume unrestricted use beyond them. | Eligible finished works may be monetized within the included Basic License terms. |
| YouTube Content ID & fingerprinting | Do not assume Content ID enrollment or allowlisting is included; request written clearance first. | Confirm registration, claims and any existing third-party licenses in the exclusive agreement. | No automatic right to register unmodified Omega House source sounds as exclusively owned; check the license and ask before Content ID enrollment. |
| Ownership & resale | Purchasing a license does not automatically transfer ownership of the source beat. | Copyright transfer, if any, must be stated explicitly in the exclusive agreement. | Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or repackaging original source assets is not permitted by the Starter product terms. |
Before uploading to a distributor
Keep your order receipt and license file, check the release and monetization conditions that apply to your purchase, and disclose non-exclusive third-party production material when required by your distributor. Content ID systems can flag shared or non-exclusive source material. If your distributor requests proof of exclusivity or allowlisting, contact Omega House Beats before submitting the claim.
